Anti-Mouse CD135 (Flt3) PE

The A2F10 monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with mouse CD135, a tyrosine kinase class III receptor. CD135, also known as Flt3, Ly-72, and Flk-2, is the receptor for the FLT3 ligand (FLT3L) cytokine and is expressed on many hematopoietic progenitor cells. Signaling through CD135 plays a role in cell survival, proliferation, and differentiation. The A2F10 antibody is reported to inhibit the binding of FLT3L to CD135. RVX-210
