Anti-Mouse CD339 (Jagged 1) PE
The HMJ1-29 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse and rat CD339 (Jagged 1), a type 1 transmembrane Notch receptor ligand. It is expressed by macrophages and certain stromal, epithelial, dendritic, and thymic lymphoid cells. It has been reported to be play a role in Treg induction, Th2 polarization, neurogenesis, and cardiovascular development. THZ2 (Hydrochloride)
