Anti-Human CD123 APC

The 6H6 monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with human CD123, the alpha chain subunit of the IL-3 receptor. CD123’s affinity to IL-3 is low, but increases when associated with CD131. It can be found on basophils, dendritic cells, macrophages, and mast cells. Cot inhibitor-2
