Anti-Human CD19 FITC


The HIB19 monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with human CD19, a 95kDA type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein also known as B4. It is expressed on all stages of B cell development except for final plasma cells and on follicular dendritic cells. CD19 plays a role in B cell proliferation, activation, and differentiation. The product should be stored undiluted at 4°C and should be protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze. The monoclonal antibody was purified utilizing affinity chromatography and unreacted dye was removed from the product.

Phosphate-buffered aqueous solution, ≤0.09% Sodium azide, may contain carrier protein/stabilizer, ph7.2.
