Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human Siglec-10 protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 59.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 70-79 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Immobilized recombinant Human Siglec-10 protein with the C-His tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/Well). Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-Siglec-10 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 2.3 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test).
