Source:
The recombinant Human PRAK Protein, (amino acids Met1-Gln471) fused with a Strep-II tag at the C-terminus, was produced in Baculovirus-Insect Cells.
Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human PRAK protein with the Strep-II tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 55.57 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 35-45 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
