Anti-Mouse CD81 SAFIRE Purified

The Eat-2 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD81, a 26kDA non-glycosylated transmembrane protein. CD81 is expressed broadly on B cells, T cells, NK cells, dendritic cells, fibroblasts, and endothelial cells. It plays a role in T cell development and is involved in B and T cell adhesion. The Eat-2 antibody is also reported to cross-react with the rat CD81 antigen. MLN4924
