Anti-Human/Mouse MCP-1 (CCL2) SAFIRE Purified
The 2H5 monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with mouse, rat, human MCP-1 (Monocyte Chemoattractant Protein-1), also known as CCL2 and MCAF (Monocyte Chemotactic and Activating Factor). MCP-1 is a C-C (beta) chemokine that regulates cytokine production in monocytes and the expression of adhesion molecules. The 2h5 antibody can neutralize the bioactivity of recombinant or natural MCP-1. AMG 232
