The recombinant Human LTBR Protein, (amino acids Gln31-Met227) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human LTBR protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 48.5 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Immobilized recombinant Human LIGHT protein with the C-hFc tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human LTBR protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 13.8 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test).
