Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human LILRB3/CD85a/ILT5 protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 50 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-72 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Immobilized recombinant Human LILRB3 protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-LILRB3 Antibody protein with the C-hFc Tag with the EC50 of 12.5 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
