Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human LILRB2/CD85d/ILT4 protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 74.1 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 80-110 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Immobilized recombinant Human LILRB2 protein with the C-hFc tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Anti-LILRB2 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 14.6 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 9.20 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
