Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human Integrin alpha V beta 8 (ITGAV&ITGB8) Heterodimer protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 114 kDa (ITGAV) and 76 kDa (ITGB8). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 90-150 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Immobilized recombinant Human ITGAV&ITGB8 protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human Latent TGF beta 1 protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 0.85 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
