Source:
The recombinant Human uPAR/PLAUR Protein, (amino acids Leu23-Gly305) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human uPAR/PLAUR protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 58.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 70-80 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Immobilized recombinant Human PLAU protein with the C-hFc tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human uPAR protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 2.4 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity :
>95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin:
LevelLess than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation :
Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution:
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human uPAR/PLAUR Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
