The recombinant Human ULBP-4 Protein, (amino acids His31-Asp225) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human ULBP-4 protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 49.12 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-70 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity:
The affinity constant of 0.17 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity :
>95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
