Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human TROP-2/TACSTD2 protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 28.9 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-60 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity:
Immobilized recombinant Human TROP-2 protein with the C-His tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well). Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-TROP-2 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 7.1 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test).
