The recombinant Human SMR3B Protein, (amino acids Gln23-Pro79) fused with a mFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human SMR3B protein with the mFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 31.47 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 35-40 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
