The recombinant Human RETN Protein, (amino acids Ser17-Pro108) fused with a hFc tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human RETN protein with the hFc tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 36.9 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-50 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
