Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human PDGF R beta/CD140b protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 59 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 78-115 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
