Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human NKp80/CLEC5C protein with the hFc tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 45.37 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 55-65 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
