Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human NGAL/Lipocalin-2 protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 21.64 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 25-30 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Immobilized recombinant Human NGAL protein with the C-His tag at 0.2 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-NGAL Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 7.8 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
