The recombinant Human Neogenin Protein, (amino acids Ala34-Leu1105) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.

Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human Neogenin protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 144.37 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 150-180 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.

Activity:
Immobilized recombinant Human RGMa protein with the C-hFc tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human Neogenin protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 0.17 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
