The recombinant Human Nectin-3/CD113 Protein, (amino acids Gly58-Asp400) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human Nectin-3/CD113 protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 40.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 68-82 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Immobilized recombinant Human Nectin-3 protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human Nectin-1 protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 14.7 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 0.204 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).

>95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
