The recombinant Human MUC18/CD146 Protein, (amino acids Val24-Gly559) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human MUC18/CD146 protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 60.8 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 80-110 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Immobilized recombinant Human MUC18 protein with the C-His tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-MUC18 protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 5.9 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test).
