Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human LRG1 protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 35.4 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 48-52 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Immobilized recombinant Human LRG1 protein with the C-His tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-LRG1 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 5.2 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
