Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human KLRG1 protein with the hFc tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 42.8 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 50-65 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Immobilized recombinant Human KLRG1 protein with the N-hFc tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Anti-KLRG1 Antibody protein with the N-hFc tag with the EC50 of 7.0 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
