Source:
The recombinant Human KIR2DL3 Protein, (amino acids His22-His245) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.

Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human KIR2DL3 protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 27.3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 45-52 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
