Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human Integrin alpha 10 beta 1 (ITGA10&ITGB1) Heterodimer protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 125.60 kDa (ITGA10) & 83.2 kDa (ITGB1). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 140-160 kDa (ITGA10) and 100-130 kDa (ITGB1) based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
