Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human IL-2 R beta/CD122 protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 51.35 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Immobilized recombinant Human IL-2 R beta protein with the C-hFc tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human IL-15Ra&IL-15 protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 18.5 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 2.88 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
