The recombinant Human IFN alpha 1 Protein, (amino acids Cys24-Glu189) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human IFN alpha 1 protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 46.14 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 48-55 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.

The affinity constant of 0.12 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
