Propidium Iodide Solution

The PI (Propidium iodide) solution can be used to exclude non-viable cells in flow cytometry assays. PI is a fluorescent dye that binds to double stranded DNA in cells that have lost plasma membrane integrity, such as those in the late stages of apoptosis or dead cells. It is detected in the orange 562-588 nm band-pass filter. Linsitinib
