Anti-Mouse CD140b (PDGF Receptor b) SAFIRE Purified

The APB5 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to the mouse CD140b molecule, otherwise known as the Platelet-Derived Growth Factor (PDGF) Receptor beta chain. CD140b is a receptor tyrosine kinase expressed on embryonic tissue and adult mesenchymal-derived cells. The APB5 antibody is reported to block the binding of PDGF-BB to the PDGF receptor. LY2606370
