Anti-Human IL-4 SAFIRE Purified
The MP4-25D2 monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with human Interleukin-4 (IL-4), expressed by the activated T cells and mast cells. IL-4 is species-specific and stimulates the proliferation and differentiation of B lymphocytes. It upregulates the expression of IgE receptors and class II MHC antigen. The MP4-25D2 is a neutralizing antibody and is reported to be cross-reactive with rhesus monkeys. Clozapine (N-oxide)
