Anti-Human CD83 FITC
The HB15e monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with human CD83, a 43kDA single chain type I glycoprotein also known as HB15. A useful marker for mature human dendritic cells, it is also expressed on some activated lymphocytes. CD83’s precise role has not been deduced, but it is thought to be involved in antigen presentation. ALW-II-41-29

The product should be stored undiluted at 4°C and should be protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze. The monoclonal antibody was purified utilizing affinity chromatography and unreacted dye was removed from the product.
