3-Deazaneplanocin A
3-Deazaneplanocin A is an epigenetic modifier, inhibiting histone h3 lysine 27. The mechanism for this action is the inhibition of lysine methyltransferases, especially EZH2. It is reported to induce apoptosis in cancer cells to the exclusion of normal cells and useful in the generation of chemically induced pluripotent stem cells (CiPSCs). Silvestrol
